Yardie Creek 2

It's Sunday and we started the morning with a relaxing walk along the tip of the gorge. We saw some Euros.
The colours in the gorge were amazing at this early time.
We came back and enjoyed some bacon and eggs for breakfast and chatted to our neighbours.
Later we had a drive and did a slow beach crawl checking out Turquoise Bay, Mandu Beach and Osprey Bay. All were lovely but Turquoise Bay was just magnificent. Soooo frustrating not to be swimming as it is really hot.

Very pebbly at Osprey Bay. Beautiful colours
Later in the day we did another raft trip down the creek to the limit of the water. As it was a sanctuary we couldn't walk in any further than the water limit.
Someone had said they had seen a 3 metre shark go into the creek at high tide that morning! Saw a pair of eagles high up with one sitting on a nest.
Daddy Eagle watching us
Mummy Eagle also watching
Another beautiful sunset over the Indian Ocean. Probably the last we will ever see!
